Who We Are

Your Painted Plate is a platform dedicated to helping people experience more presence, ease, and intention in everyday life through food. We share our unique meal prep flows, thoughtfully designed recipes, and mindful movement practices, such as yoga flows paired with food.

Mission

It’s easy to define what it means to eat healthy, but can be more difficult to sustain it. We take the guesswork out of healthy cooking routines, so you can focus on simply enjoying the process of cooking and experience of eating.

Vision

Food has the potential to transform our well-being in every facet. We believe everyone deserves to experience the beauty, presence, and attunement of a restaurant setting on their own plates at home. When less mental real estate is spent figuring out how to get food on the table, cooking can become much more than just one less thing to get done in a day.
