My Approach
I’m a chef offering thoughtfully prepared, gourmet meals weekly to families in Moore County, North Carolina. I'm building a waitlist for our new Prix Fixe weekly meal prep service. My mission is to bring the high quality and intentionality of chef created meals to more people. The menu is minimalistic, but made of the highest quality organic ingredients, each dish highlighting one seasonal ingredient from local farms.
I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of my clients through the food I cook. My work is driven by my belief that food is more than just fuel.
